The brand identity emphasizes inclusivity, warmth, and practicality, ensuring a welcoming experience for all. The logo’s “U” is stretched to resemble a plate or food container, reinforcing the brand’s connection to food while symbolizing care and support. This design choice also highlights the idea of shared meals and communal dining, aligning with PlateUp’s mission of bringing people together through food. To enhance approachability, a cartoon pantry container mascot was created, giving the brand a friendly and inviting personality. This character helps reduce stigma around food relief by engaging users in a lighthearted, non-intimidating way, reinforcing PlateUp’s commitment to dignity and inclusivity.
